We called A&A Masonry to finish an outdoor room where our previous contractor took our money and ran. There were many areas that needed to be repaired and redone from the incompetence of our previous contractor. Nigel from A&A responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a site visit. It was evident that Nigel wanted to do whatever A&A could to help us build our room with our original vision in mind. He even did some extra research to see if he could find other contractors to finish work that was not stone related. He truly went above and beyond. Throughout the process Nigel responded to texts and phone calls within minutes.
I felt in very good hands with Nigel however when Eduardo and his team showed up to start the stonework, that’s when the magic happened. Eduardo has an eye for detail and offered numerous suggestions that greatly improved upon our original idea. The stonework is absolutely beautiful and I LOVE my new outdoor room! Eduardo and his men were professional, friendly and SUPER clean! I would ask for Eduardo and his team for all of my masonry work in the future.
A&A is not cheap but what I received in quality, professionalism and elegance made me happy to hand over the check at the end of the project. I will recommend A&A to all who are looking to have stonework done inside and outside their homes.

Team arrived promptly and attention to detail was provided to fix a brick pillar between the garage doors at the front of the house. In addition, repairs were done to a “step crack” in the front of the house, and an eroding brick window sill. Ronaldo rebuilt our brick lamp post and replaced the fixture. The team thoroughly cleared the sides of the house and did smooth parging over eroding foundation walls. Very professional job! The crew cleaned up thoroughly as part of wrap-up, even washing the driveway. Definitely recommend A&A Masonry for your brick work.

The side wall on my stairs which was faux stone, was pulling away from the side creating a gap between the stone and the wall. Water was leaking inside the gap and I wanted it repaired as well as my steps. Dwight was the stone mason who came to repair and he did a great job. He was able to provide a solution to a bad situation. He finished the job quickly and his attention to detail was impressive. He ended up parging the side walls of my steps and fixing some the steps in need. The whole team did a great job!

Dwight did a fantastic job on our home. I explained to Dwight all of the issues we have been having and he listened patiently and addressed my concerns. Our home is over 30 years old. There were several cracks in the mortar on the front of our house and the brick was starting to loosen.
All the cracks were fixed and the job was done very professionally. We also had all sides of our house parged. There were some difficult and challenging areas to parge as we have armour rock and landscaping beds around the front of our house.
Dwight carefully dug the soil away from our foundation and parged theses areas which was time consuming.
Dwight worked until 8:30pm to finish the job. We couldn’t be happier with the work done on our home.

Another great experience from my go-to masonry company. In April I noticed a white material on inside the garage on the foundation and I was worried that it would compromise the integrity of the foundation.
Greg and Joe informed me that it was efflorescence. Joe used hydraulic cement to parge one whole side and and the portion of the other side that was affected and educated me on the product he used and why it will help with the issue. He also replaced a few cracked bricks in my garage centre column and pointed them as well.
In addition he caulked my side door to prevent water from getting in behind the bricks so that it doesn’t lead to further issues in the garage.
As on past projects, he was personable, professional, and very thorough. His work is of the highest quality and it just makes me feel so good that I can call A&A whenever I have any masonry issues or projects and know what results I’m going to get.

We had a great experience with A&A Masonry. Within 2 days of my call, Maryanna came out to out house to discuss options and provide an estimate for replacement of the stone on our front steps and parging work. Then within a week Maya and her team came out and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Maya was great to work with and kept me up to date frequently while the work was underway. I would absolutely recommend A&A and will go to them again in the future for any masonry work. Great job!

A&A Masonry responded to our request for a quote and the work was completed within week. Sophie acknowledged our online request, Greg gave us an estimate, Andy called to confirm a date and time and Dwight was sent to do the work.
We were very pleased with Dwight’s work, he arrived on time, was very respectful and very thorough in his workmanship. Dwight took his time and cleaned everything up when he was done. It was a pleasure to have him at our home for the day.
The price seemed a little high, but it was worth every penny. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would use them again.
